We are happy to say our 1st Annual Farmers’ Market was a success! For those of us of an epicurean nature but do not cook purchased yummy fresh Asian pears, golden delicious apples, cantaloupe melons and golden cherry tomatoes which I am proud to say I will be creating a wonderful salad on Saturday.
My general manager, Sean is not only an epicurean man but also a chef ….in addition to items not needing a stove he also purchased fresh organic string beans and white sweet potatoes. Wonder what he is cooking this weekend? Maybe he will be hosting a Washington Redskins vs. Dallas Cowboys football party….ummmm? A good meal made with fresh organic produce on Sunday, maybe I will invite myself….hehehe
