Korean food is a near perfect answer to our requests for healthy, low-fat, cuisine. It is pleasingly sour, sweet, hot, salty, bitter and nutty. The food of Korea is a reflection of its climate, customs, beliefs and history. The essential part of a Korean BBQ is the meat!
